Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing of PE/PP woven fabrics begins with tape extrusion, followed by precision weaving on circular or flat looms. The tapes are interlaced to form a strong and flexible fabric structure. For coated fabrics, an additional extrusion coating process is applied, where a layer of polymer is laminated onto the fabric surface. This enhances moisture resistance, durability, and overall performance. The process is optimized to maintain fabric uniformity, proper weaving density, and dimensional stability.

Raw Materials

The primary raw materials used include PE and PP tapes produced from high-quality granules, along with additives and masterbatch for color and performance enhancement. Careful selection of raw materials and controlled processing conditions ensure consistent fabric quality, strength, and long-term reliability.
